Publica Group is a Restaurants and Bars group founded in 2014 when it acquired Goldfish Bar & Kitchen in Hunter Valley. In December 2015 Henrys in Cronulla opened and then most recently, the take over at The Botany Bay Hotel in October 2017. Pavilion Gunnamatta will open late-2019 (a 600 capacity Waterfront Complex).
